Interview Support
Live interview coaching for US tech roles — mock interviews, structured feedback, system design and behavioral preparation, so you walk in ready.
Most candidates fail technical interviews for reasons they cannot see: they solve the problem but explain it badly, they freeze on ambiguity, or they never practice under real time pressure. Interview Support fixes that with realistic mock interviews conducted by engineers who have sat on hiring panels, followed by specific, written feedback on what to change. We cover algorithmic rounds, system design, and the behavioral interviews that quietly decide many US offers. To be explicit about what this is: we prepare you to perform in your own interview. We do not attend, join, or complete any interview or assessment on a candidate's behalf, and we decline those requests.
What you'll get out of it
Who this is for
- Students preparing for campus placements and internship drives
- Engineers switching companies after years without interviewing
- Candidates who reach onsite rounds but keep getting rejected
- Candidates unfamiliar with product-company interview conventions
How it works
- 1
Baseline mock
One full-length mock interview to establish where you actually stand, not where you think you do.
- 2
Targeted coaching
Focused sessions on your specific failure modes — communication, DSA gaps, design structure or behavioral answers.
- 3
Repeat mocks
Progressively harder mock loops under real time constraints, each with written feedback.
- 4
Offer stage
Final-round preparation plus compensation negotiation coaching.
Frequently asked questions
Will someone attend or take my interview for me?
No. We coach and prepare you; we never attend, join, or complete an interview or assessment on a candidate's behalf. Doing so is fraud against the employer and, for candidates on employment eligibility, carries serious immigration consequences. We decline these requests and will not make exceptions.
Who conducts the mock interviews?
Working engineers who have interviewed candidates on real hiring panels, matched to the type of company you are targeting.
How many mock interviews do I need?
Most candidates see meaningful improvement after four to six sessions. The first establishes a baseline; improvement usually comes from repetition plus acting on specific feedback.
Do you cover system design for junior roles?
Yes, scaled appropriately. New-grad loops typically include a lighter design discussion, and we prepare you for that rather than drilling distributed-systems depth you will not be asked about.
Can you help with behavioral interviews?
Yes, and it is often the highest-leverage area. We build a set of structured stories from your actual experience and rehearse delivery until it sounds natural rather than memorized.
